Candied Apples

Candied Apples

There is nothing more refreshing than a beautiful crisp fall day. Today was just that in Seattle. The sun was out, the air was warm and the breeze was cool on your cheeks. Days like this remind me why I stay here all winter long in grey, grey, and more grey. With my new puppy in tow- this day was meant to be enjoyed outside.

With the crispness in the air layers are a most, especially when the sun goes down. This outerwear piece is so gorgeous! I love the oversized lapels and faux fur lining. Boyfriend jeans are a fun way to keep an outfit dressed down. Yet adding heels can make it flirty and fun. I love tiger eye jewelry- it reminds me of my grandpa. I love how it plays off on all the fall colors. The perfect blood red is a great accent color and grey hues pull it all together. To go in line with flirty looks a touch of animal print polishes off one of my favorite looks this week.

What are some of your favorite fall looks? What’s your favorite stone to wear? Do you have any family heirlooms that you wear?

    1. Oh btw, I have brooches from my Maternal grandmother that I don’t wear, it’s very vintage and ornate and just preserves in my jewellery box. My fav fall look are scarfs and hats amd boots with skinnies. Those are my must have staples! Everything else just end up matching those 3!

      1. Hi Jeni-

Thanks so much for following along. I love that you have some of your grandmothers brooches. They can be worn so many different ways- you should try them with casual outfits to add an extra flare. Cocktail dresses are another great place too. I hope you keep following along.
